Contact Forms

When you send the quote form, Website Whisperer, which built and manages this website, checks the details and routes the enquiry. The form asks for your name, email address, business name (optional), the quantity and types of items you need, and your message. On this page, Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and device signals to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated or abusive traffic; it does not receive the form entries. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated or abusive submissions and is not saved with your enquiry. Resend then delivers the enquiry to the business by email. Website Whisperer keeps a record of the enquiry in its own secure database so that it is not lost if an email fails to send. That record is deleted automatically 12 months after it is received, or sooner if you ask. Resend keeps delivery logs for a limited period under its own terms, and the email we receive is kept in the business's normal mailbox for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry.

International Data Transfers

Some of these providers process personal data outside the United Kingdom. In particular, Resend, which delivers the enquiry email, states that its primary processing takes place in the United States. Resend relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement and is certified to the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Our other providers may also process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on the transfer safeguards that UK data protection law requires, such as those providers' own contractual terms.
